     The Ocean View is a modern restaurant that over hangs off a hill in Sunset Valley, and with that precarious placing it makes for beautiful sea sights. There is a large open plan dining room, a streamlined kitchen, open windowed bar room, and a veranda with covered seats.

The Archie 3bdr./2ba.

The Archie 3bdr./2ba.

     The Archie is a family home fit for four. It has two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs (in the kitchen). A garage and carport with a (modded) basketball hoop. There is a pool, hot tub, patio dining, garden, and small playground in the backyard. Then there are three bedrooms on the second floor. One is for the parents and the others are for the children.

The Dollhouse 2bdr./1ba.

The Dollhouse is a home that has character, and probably can build up yours! Jk. The house has 2bdrs. and 1ba. that is split into two separate rooms across the second floor. The house is half and half on an open-spaced plan and that of small boxy rooms. There is a game room, a laundry set, and a pool.

Due to me getting a new laptop i have yet to move over all of my CC and MODS this means that the Dollhouse is *drum roll*... squeaky clean! From head to toe or, er, from roof to foundation. So the only thing you will need are EPs, store content, and possibly SP.
